The Jockusch Building at 2029 Strand, on the corner of The Strand and 21st. likewise has a very large balcony overlooking The Strand and 21st. Street.  On the second floor of this property is located The Buccaneer Room, an elegant, historic event room outfitted with many architectural elements taken from the now demolished Buccaneer Hotel.  The Maceo Bakery is connected via a sitting room to the Buccaneer Room, and  features a 25 foot 1925 Art-Deco bar taken from an old speakeasy in Chicago.  This room housed a bakery for the Maceo enterprises during the gambling era in Galveston many years ago.
